I always have appreciation for women with well toned arms.  It gives an impression of fitness and overall wellbeing at a glance. After all it’s really nice to wear sleeveless tops with confidence.  Most women think that intense arm workouts are reserved for men only. If you want results you should embark on targeted arm workouts.  As I’ve explained in a couple of other workouts in this series, you won’t bulk up! Xhoosh! workouts are developed to get rid of flab, tone, increase your body’s natural fat burning abilities and boost metabolism.  With such a balanced approach you will become lean and at the same time gain beautiful, subtle definition.

In this specific workout I’ve included a few of the best arm workouts for women.  I wanted to give you exposure to a variety of arm exercises. You will finally get to love arm workouts- promise! This workout targets the main arm and back muscles.  It’s a good overall toning workout, but I personally prefer a slightly more targeted approach- therefore I suggest (if you have sufficient time available) you try and do at least 4 to 5 sets per exercise in these best arm workouts for women to really exhaust these muscles with a guaranteed result.

As with weight training, most women think that the good old pushup is also meant for our male counterparts! Big mistake! The pushup is an amazing bodyweight exercise with wonderful variations, requiring no equipment, building overall upper body strength. Pushups not only work the biceps and triceps, they also strengthen the core, chest and shoulder muscles.  So, if you want stunning, toned arms- make peace with the good, but not so old fashioned pushup!  Eat them for breakfast, chew them and spit them out! Focus on mastering them- rather do fewer quality, controlled pushups than mediocre ones.

Only YOU can determine the outcome of any exercise you do.  If you train from your HEART, you will see results- if you don’t, you will never tap into your bottomless potential. You can make that decision NOW!

So, take one these best arm workouts for women and do them like a Chick Norris will perform them!

            Yours Passionately!
